兰州—西宁经济区空间差异及区域分区研究

The Study of Area Partition and Economic Development Difference of Lanzhou-Xining Economic Zone

运用ArcGIS方法对兰州—西宁经济区36个县级行政单元的经济发展水平进行了时空分析和综合评价。结果显示:10年来兰州—西宁经济区发展比较缓慢,强经济增长中心表现为兰州、西宁和白银三足鼎立的格局,经济区空间结构表现为两主一副态势。根据区域经济水平的综合测度,将经济区划分为发达区、较发达区、欠发达区和不发达区。经济发达区域呈散状斑块分布,欠发达区域和落后区域呈大面积的连续分布。这说明,一方面经济区发展总体上比较缓慢,且经济塌陷区域覆盖面较大;另一方面,两大核心城市的带动和辐射能力较弱。夯实两大核心城市的实力,加速经济区内欠发达和不发达区域的隆起,是兰州—西宁经济区联动发展的重要任务。

The article, by using ArcGIS method, gave a time and space analysis as well as a comprehensive evaluation to the economic development level of the 36 administrative units of Lanzhou-Xining economic zone. The result shows that in the past ten years the development of Lanzhou-Xining economic zone is slow ; the strong growing economic center formed a tripartite confrontation pattern of Lanzhou, Xining and Baiyin, and the spatial structure of economic region shows a situation of ＂two mains and one subordinate＂. According to the comprehensive measure of regional economy, the economic zone can be divided into the developed area, less developed area, undeveloped ar- ea and underdeveloped area. While the developed areas disperse like plaque, less developed region and undevel- oped region are in a large area of continuous distribution. Which shows, on the one hand, the development of economic zone is generally slow and the economic collapsing areas are in a large coverage. On the other hand, the driving and radiation ability of two core cities are weak. So tamping the strength of the two core cities and accelerating the uplift of the less developed and underdeveloped are the important task for the coordinated development of Lanzhou-Xining economic zone.
