皖江城市带城镇建设用地综合评价与优化对策

Research on Urban Construction Land Evaluation and Optimizational Countermeasure in Wanjiang City Belt

以城镇建设用地为研究对象,以皖江城市带区县为评价单元,统筹考虑土地利用的"广度"和"深度",从土地利用的适宜性和集约性两维层面,采用象限法构建逻辑关系模型,对皖江城市带城镇建设用地进行综合评价,将整个皖江城市带划分为优化发展区、适度发展区、协调发展区、重点发展区4个类型区,提出土地利用的分区优化对策,为区域土地资源开发与利用、产业项目用地空间布局提供基础依据。

Taking the urban construction land as research object, taking county as the evaluation unit, taking Wanjiang City Belt as a case study area, considering the ＂breadth＂ and ＂depth＂ of land use, from the two dimensions of land use suitability and intensive degree, using quadrant method to construct logical relation model, the paper comprehensively evaluated the urban construction land use of Wanjiang City Belt. The whole city belt is divided into four types, namely optimized development zone, moderate development zone, development zone, key develop- ment zone. The zoning optimizational countermeasure of land use is put forward to provide the basis for the spatial layout of industrial projects and rational utilization of the regional land resources.
