摘要
采用ANSYS有限元仿真软件,建立了O'Z-Y型交流传动电力机车牵引变压器的三维有限元仿真模型,并对额定工况条件下变压器油箱的漏磁场、涡流场及涡流损耗进行了分析计算,为其冷却系统的设计提供理论依据,经过3年的考核运行,验证了理论分析的正确性。
3-D finite element simulation model for main transformer of O'Z-Y AC drive electric locomotive was established with ANSYS software,with which magnetic flux leakage field,eddy current field and eddy current loss of transformer oil tank under its rated operation conditions were calculated to provide theoretical foundation for its cooling system.Test for 3 years long proved the correctness of theoretical analysis.
