Operating Revelation Data Remote Transfer Control System Based on PSTN Network

针对调车作业的特点和管理现状,系统利用PSTN网络实现运行揭示和IC卡数据文件远程传输,解决了调车司机出勤无法写卡,监控文件无法及时分析的问题,这种方法不但能够实现调车临时限速的机控管理,而且充分利用了铁路现有资源,减少了人员配备和资金投入。

Aimed to characteristics and management situation of shunting locomotine,a control system was presented that completed operating revelation and IC card data files remote transfer with PSTN network,which solved the problems that driver couldn＇t write card and monitoring files couldn＇t be analyzed in time.The proposed method not only could implement shunting locomotive temporary speed-limited management,but also could utilize current railway resource sufficiently and reduce human and fund cost.
