我国公立医院补偿机制改革探究

The exploration of compensation mechanism reform of Chinese public hospitals

积极推进公立医院改革是我国深化医改"十二五"规划方案提出的重点工作之一,其中补偿机制改革又是公立医院改革的重点与难点。本文通过对我国公立医院现行补偿机制存在的一些问题进行深入分析,认为完善我国公立医院补偿机制,必须明确政府的职责和指导地位,在加大政府投入的同时也须对医疗服务价格、医保体系、监管机制等方面进行改革和完善。

To actively promote the reform of public hospitals is one of the most important works raised by the＂twelfth ifve-year＂planning priorities for deepening medical reform in China. The compensation mechanism reform is signiifcant in the reform of public hospitals. The problems existed in the current compensation mechanism of public hospitals were analyzed. It is necessary to clarify the responsibilities and the guiding position of the government, increase the government input as well as promoting the medical service evaluation system, health-care system , supervision mechanism, etc. to complete the compensation mechanism of public hospitals in China.
