药师参与医院抗菌药物临床应用管理的若干经验

Some experience for pharmacists to involve in the management of clinical use of antibiotics

目的:肯定医院药师在抗菌药物临床应用管理中的地位,更好发挥药师的作用。方法:总结我院药师在抗菌药物使用前、使用过程中和使用后,在抗菌药物临床应用管理工作中积累的若干经验。结果与结论:药剂科各部门药师可根据本部门工作性质和特点全员、全程参与抗菌药物的临床应用管理。

Objective： To confirm the position of the pharmacist in the management of clinical use of antimicrobial agents so as to better play the role of pharmacists. Methods： Some experience gained from the past work before, during and after the use of antibacterial agents was summed up in our hospital. Results ＆ Conelusion： All pharmacists from the pharmacy departments of different sections can participate in the overall process for the clinical use of antimicrobial agents.
