N’-4,5,6-三取代嘧啶-2-基-N-邻磺酰苯甲酰亚胺基乙酰脲的合成(Ⅰ)

Synthesis of N' - 4,5,6 - Trisubstituted - 2 - Pyrimidin - yl - N - 2 -Sulfonylbenzoyl - Imino Acetylureas

根据药物化学中的生物电子等排原理，采用“亚结构连接法”设计合成了１１种未见文献报道的标题化合物，它们的结构经ＩＲ、＾１ＨＮＭＲ、ＭＳ和元素分析测试而确定，初步生物活性测定结果表明，部分标题化合物具有良好的植物生长调节活性。

Eleven new compounds were designed and synthesined using 'Substrmture Link Wory' according to the bioisosterism principles. Their structures were confirmed by IR,1H NMR,MS and elemental analysis.The preliminary results of biological activity test showed that some of them had good biological activities against root of rape.
