中国省域国民健康生产效率差异与影响因素研究

A Study on the Provinces Health Production Efficiencies and Its Influence Factors in China

基于2002-2011年中国31个省份的面板数据,应用随机前沿模型分析了国民健康生产效率及其影响因素。研究发现:省域间国民健康生产效率存在较大差异,且总体上偏低;服务可达水平对国民健康生产效率产生正效应,教育水平、政府投入能力和城市化水平则相反,个人投入能力不能发挥明显作用。在这些影响因素作用下,理论前沿技术不能充分发挥,使得实际国民健康生产效率呈现下降趋势,同时弱化了省域效率间的趋同态势。

This paper analyzes the provinces health production efficiencies and its influence factors by using Stochastic Frontier Analysis(SFA)based on the panel data of 31provinces in China from 2002to 2011.The results show that the provinces health production efficiencies are differences,and efficiency in China remains at a middle level.Service accessibility levels produce positive effect to the the provinces health production efficiencies,but the levels of education,the government investment ability and levels of the urbanization are opposite,individual investment ability can not play a role obviously.By these factors,theoretical frontier technology can not be full used,and it lead to the actual provinces health production efficiencies decline,and weaken the convergence trend of provinces health production efficiencies.
