摘要
试验结果表明,在试验海藻糖浓度范围内(5%—25%),15%的浓度有利于盐生杜氏藻的生长和分裂,最大细胞密度为4.50×105cell/mL,对照组(CK)仅为3.53×105cell/mL。海藻糖浓度为15%时,β-胡萝卜素含量最高,为78.3 mg/g,对照组仅为56.70mg/g;海藻糖浓度为10%时,叶绿素a的含量最高,为24.19mg/g。海藻糖可降低铜胁迫对盐生杜氏藻生长的影响。
The effect of trehalose on the growth, accumulation of [3 - carotene, biosynthesis of chlorophyl A of DunalieUa salina were investigat- ed. Within the test concentration of trehalose, good cell growth and division was found at 5 % to 25 %, the maximum cell density of 4.50 ×10^5 cell/ mL compared with 3.53 ×10^5 cell/mL in the control group (CK). The maximum 13- carotene content of 78.3mg/g was observed at the concentration of trehalose of 15% ,compared with 56.70 mg/g in control group .The maximum chlorophyl A content of 24.19 mg/g was detected at the concentra- tion of trehalose of 10% .Trehalose could reduce the copper stress on the growth of DunalieUa salina.
