摘要 应用GC/MS技术对云南省文山县引种的日本三岛柴胡种子的挥发油和脂肪酸成分 进行定性定量分析,检出53个挥发油成分和28个脂肪酸成分。挥发油以4,4,5-三甲基-2-乙 烯、2,2,4三甲基-3-戊烯-1-醇、2,3-二甲基丁烯-3-醇和2,3-二甲基戊烷为主;脂肪酸以十八碳 烯酸,十八烷酸,壬二酸和辛二酸为主。从种子的正了醇提取部分还分离出8个皂甙。其中 3个鉴定为柴胡皂甙d,c和6”-O-乙酰基柴胡皂甙d。 Volatile compounds and 28 fatty acids were detected from the constituents of volatile oil and fatty acids of the seeds of Bupleurum Falcatum L. by means of gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC/MS). The major components of volatile oils are: 2-hexane, 4,4, 5-trimethyl-(380 mg/kg),2,2,4- trimethyl-3-penten - 1 -ol (140 g/kg ), 2, 3 - dimethyl-3 -buten -2- of (100 mg/kg ) and 2, 3 - dimethyl-pentane (89 mg/kg). The major components of fatty acids are: 9-octadecenoic acid (z)-(6584 mg/kg), octadecanoic acid (4032 mg/kg), nonanedioic acid (425 mg/kg) and octanedioic acid(132 mg/kg). Moreover, seven saponins have been isolated ho the n-BuOH extracts of the seeds of this plant. Three of them were identified as saikosaponin c, whikosaponin d and 6' - O - acetyl - saikosaponin d by means of MS, nuclear magnetic resonance etc. and the comparison was made with the standard compound.
