高校学生辅导员工作方法探析

Counselors Work Method Analysis in Colleges and Universities

大学的根本使命是培养人,具体地说就是培养学生学知识、学做事、学做人的能力和习惯。这一使命要依靠高校全体教职员工,通过教书育人、管理育人、服务育人的途径,潜移默化地对学生进行教育引导来完成。其中,辅导员是高校大学生健康成长的指导者和引路人,在"三育人"中起着关键性的作用。笔者结合自身的辅导员工作经历,从以理服人、以爱感人、管理育人、风气树人四个方面探讨如何做好高校学生辅导员工作。

The fundamental mission of colleges and universities is to cultivate people. Among them, the coun-sellors are the directors and leaders for the healthy growth of university students. They play a key role in “cultivate people”. This paper from four aspects discusses for counsellors how to do a good job.
