Information Risk Analysis in the Issue of New Shares——Taking the Prospectus of Raising Capital by Floating Shares for Example

运用主成分分析法,可以从发行人在其招股说明书中所披露的众多风险因素中筛选出主要风险因素,为投资者对拟上市公司的股票价值进行评估提供重要依据。以2011年IPO招股说明书为样本,统计出招股书中所披露的各种风险,并根据有关公司行业分类标准,对样本公司进行了行业分类,主要利用主成分分析的方法,针对不同行业所披露的风险因素分别进行了降维处理,提取出少数具有代表性的风险因素。

Based on 2011 IPO prospectus as samples, this essay takes the company for industry classification, and, according to different industries by disclosure of risk factors, takes the dimension reduction processing respectively, and a few representative risk factors are put forward.
