摘要
采用大口径毛细管气相色谱法对多种植物生长激素进行了测定。萘乙酸(NAA)、吲哚-3-乙酸(IAA)、吲哚-3-丁酸(IBA)、脱落酸(ABA)和赤霉素(GA)5组分,不需衍生化处理,直接进样,获得了良好的分析结果。其NAA、IAA、IBA、ABA、和GA的最低检测限分别为5.2×10-5、1.2 ×10-4、1.7 ×10-4、2.2 × 10-4、8.5 ×10-4g/L;其回收率分别为 92.4%、91.8%、98.2%、89.7%、91.4%。方法快速、简便。
The separation and determination of several plant growth regulators were studied by gas chromatography on wide here capillary column. It was found that naphthaleneacetic acid (NAA)、 indoleacetic acid (IAA) 、indolebutyric acid (IBA)、abscisic acid (ABA) and gibberellic acid (GA) can be separated completely on HP-1(methyl silicone gum)5 m ×0.53 mm × 2. 65 μp capillary column and need not be derivitized. The detection limits of NAA, IAA, IBA,ABA and GA are 5.2 × 10-5.1.2 × 10-4 .1. 7 × 10-4、 2. 2 × 10-4、 8. 5× 10-4 g/L respectively. The recoveries are 92. 4%、 91. 8%、 98.2% 、89. 7% 、91. 4%, respectively.
