中原经济区建设视阈下河南省农村土地流转问题研究

Henan Province Rural Land Circulation Research under Vision of Central Plains Economic Region

该文结合中原经济区建设的战略目标,分析目前河南省土地流转工作的突出问题,探索以优化土地流转环境,健全农村土地承包经营权登记制度为载体的对策,为加快中原经济区"工业化、城镇化和农业现代化"(简称"三化")协调发展提供理论基础和现实依据。

Combination with the strategic goal of Central Plains Economic Region construction, it analyses the current problems of land circulation in Henan province. It gives some suggestions which optimizing the land circulation environment and improving the rural land contractual right registration system. It pro-vides the theoretical and practical basis for speeding up the Central Plains Economic Region ＂Indus-trialization, urbanization and a^icultural modernization＂ coordinated develonment.
