该文在综合分析目前开发区土地集约利用评价模式的基础上,结合《开发区土地集约利用评价规程》中评价指标体系中存在的问题,重点阐述土地利用结构对开发区土地利用的影响,提出建立以土地利用结构合理性为基础的开发区土地集约利用评价体系的建议。

Based on the comprehensive analysis on the current land intensive use evaluation model of develop-ment zone, combination of the problems of evaluation indicator system in the Land Intensive Use Eval-uation Procedures of Development Zone, it emphasized the impact of land use structure on land use of development zone, and proposed the establishment of land intensive use evaluation system based on rationality of land use structure.
