摘要
将在线恒电流电解产生锰(Ⅲ)与流动注射化学发光法结合,基于电解产生的高活性锰(Ⅲ)直接氧化肾上腺色腙产生强化学发光,建立了测定肾上腺色腙流动注射化学发光新方法。该法测定肾上腺色腙的线性范围为 1×10-8~ 1×10-5 g/mL,检出限为 5 ×10-9 g/mL,相对标准偏差为2.0%。该法具有简单、快速、重现性好等优点,应用于针剂和片剂中肾上腺色腙的测定,结果满意。
A novel flow injection chemiluminescence method for the determination of adreson has been developed, which was based on the chemiluminescence reaction between adrenson and a highly active Mn(Ⅲ) electrogenerated by a constant current electrolysis on-line. The linear range for adreson is from 1 × 10-8 to 2 × 10-5 g/mL, the detection limit is 5 ×10-9 g/mL and the drive standard deviation in 2.0%. The simple, rapid and reproducible method has been applied to determine adrenson in the tablets and injections with satisfactory results.
