摘要 本文介绍了重钢老区通过对脱氧工艺的优化,并采用钙处理工艺,解决了脱氧产物Al2O3对钢水质量的影响及浇铸过程的可浇性问题,实现了转炉-吹氩站-连铸工艺路线稳定生产含铝钢。缓解了用LF生产品种钢的压力,在保证质量的前提下降低了生产成本。 This paper introduces deoxidization process optimization, and the use of calcium treatment process, the deoxidizing products A1203 on the quality of molten steel and the effect of casting process can be poured problem, the converter is realized with argon blowing station - continuous casting route to stable production of aluminized steel. Remission with LF production varieties of steel pressure, under the premise of guaranteeing quality and reduce the production cost.
