摘要
对元宝枫、火炬、爬山虎3种彩叶植物叶片中的叶绿素、类胡萝卜素和花青苷含量进行了测定。结果表明:3种彩叶植物的叶绿素和类胡萝卜素含量随叶片着色呈下降趋势,花青苷含量呈上升趋势。火炬和爬山虎叶绿素分解和花青苷的合成均比元宝枫早,说明花青苷的合成建立在叶绿素分解的基础上。
The contents of pigments including chlorophyll, carotenoid and anthocyanin in the leaves of three color-leaved plants such as Acer truncatum Bunge, Rhus typhina Linn and Parthenocissus quinquefolia Planch had been measured. The results showed that the contents of chlorophyll and carotenoids showed a drop tendency, whereas the anthocyanin content tended towards rise in the process of color transformation of three color-leafed plants. The decomposition of chlorophyll and synthesis of anthocyanin in Rhus typhina and Parthenocissus quinquefolia were earlier than those of Acer truncatum, which showed that the decomposition of chlorophyll was the basis on the synthesis of anthocyanin.
