摘要
建立了磺胺甲噁唑的二阶导数差示脉冲极谱定量分析方法,磺胺甲噁唑在10% HCl-(硼酸-氧化钾缓冲溶液)-水(5:5:90)的底液中,于-1.45V(vs.Ag/AgCl)处出现一良好的 二阶导数差示脉冲极谱峰,磺胺甲噁唑浓度与其峰高在0.08~0.80mmol/L范围内呈线性关 系(p< 0.01),检测限为 8.6nmol/L。本法简便、快速、灵敏,结果准确。
The second derivative differential pulse polarography was developed for the determination of the sulfamethoxazole and its preparation . In 10% HCl-buffer solution of boric acid-potassium chloride- water (5: 5: 90) solution, a good second derivative differential pulse polarographic peak appeared at -1.450 V(vs. Ag/AgCl). The linear relationship between concentration of sulfamethoxazole and peak height was obtained in the concentration range of 0.08 - 0.80 mmol/L (p<0.01). The detection limit is 8.6 nmol/L. The method is simple, rapid, sensitive. The results are accurate.
