芪苈强心胶囊治疗缺血性心肌病临床疗效观察

Clinical observation on the therapeutic effect of Qili Qiangxin capsule in ischemic cardiomyopathy patients

目的:探讨芪苈强心胶囊治疗缺血性心肌病的临床疗效。方法:86例缺血性心肌病患者均常规给予ACEI、利尿剂、阿托伐他汀、小剂量倍他乐克、小剂量地高辛片,然后随机分为两组。治疗组43例在常规治疗基础上给予芪苈强心胶囊4粒,每天3次,对照组43例在常规治疗基础上加安慰剂。两组在治疗3月后均继续服用安慰剂,经10天洗脱期后,观察比较两组疗效,主要观察指标包括患者的症状、体征,心功能分级(NYHA分级),左室射血分数及左室舒张末期内径。结果:观察3月后,两组患者的心功能、左室射血分数(LVEF)及左室舒张末期内径(LVED)较治疗前均有明显改善,且治疗组总有效率明显优于对照组(93.0%vs79.1%,P<0.05);与对照组相比,治疗组LVEF值增加更为显著(P<0.05),LVED缩小更明显(P<0.05)。结论:缺血性心肌病在常规治疗的基础上加服芪苈强心胶囊能够增加临床疗效。

Objective：To explore the therapeutic effect of Qili Qiangxi capsule on heart function,left ventricular ejection fraction（LVEF） and left ventrieular end diastolic inner diameter（LVED） in ischemic cardiomyopathy patients. Methods： 86 cases of ischemic cardiomyopathy （routinely treated with ACEI,uretiea,small dose of beta betaloc tablet ,small dose of digoxin） were randomly divided into treatment group （43 cases） which was given Qili Qiangxin capsule（four pills once, three times a day） as routine treatmnet, and control group（43 eases） was given the placebo on basis of routine treatment. After 3 months of treatment,symptoms,physical sign,cardiac function,LVEF and LVED before and after treatment were statistically analyzed in two groups. Results： After 3 months of treatment,the cardiac function,LVEF and LVED showed improvement in two groups in which the total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group（93.0% vs 79.1%, P〈O.05 ）.Compare with control group, the LVEF of treatment group was obviously increased（P〈0.05 ）, and the LVED of treatment group was obviously deereased（P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion： Qili Qiangxin capsule combined with routine treatment could improve the clinical theraputic effect of ischemie eardiomyopthy patients.
