摘要
研究了半月清散剂中氧化汞含量的测定方法。提出用HNO3-H2 SO4-KNO3分解试样 ,硫氰酸铵标准溶液滴定法 ,测定半月清散剂中HgO的含量 ,其回收率为 1 0 0 .2 5% ,RSD为 1 .42 %。该法稳定、准确、终点敏锐 ,可有效地控制散剂中HgO的含量。
In this paper, the content of mercuric oxide in Banyueqing powder was determined by using the method of the organic destruction and ammonium sulfoantimonate titration. The recovery was 100.28% and RSD was 1.42%. This method was stable accurate and the point was acute and was effectively capable of controlling the inner quality of this powder.
