贫困老年人的心理健康及其影响因素分析

The Poverty-stricken Elderly Citizens’ Psychological Health and Influencing Factors

贫困老年人由于处于不利的生活环境中,其心理健康状况十分堪忧。基于实证调查数据,利用Ordered Probit模型对贫困老年人心理健康及其影响因素进行分析,结果表明:贫困老年人较非贫困老年人心理健康状况更差;城市贫困老年人的心理健康状况好于农村贫困老年人;年龄对数、健康状况、家庭收入、与主要赡养人的关系等因素对贫困老年人心理健康具有显著影响;对城乡贫困老年人心理健康产生影响的既有相同的影响因素,也有不同的影响因素。

As the poverty-stricken elderly citizens live in a relatively adverse environment,their psychological health is worrying.In this study,the Ordered-Probit model is used to analyze these people’s psychological health and the factors affecting their health based on field work.The results show that the poverty-stricken citizens are less healthy in psychology than the non-poverty-stricken;the urban poverty-stricken elderly citizens’ psychological health fare better than the rural ones’;logarithm of age,physiological health,family income,the relationship between the these elderly citizens and their main supporters have significant influence on their psychological health;there are both similar and different factors affecting urban and rural poverty-stricken elderly citizens’ psychological health.
