摘要
针对攀西稀土矿黑色风化矿泥氯化铵焙烧得到的焙砂 ,为了提高水浸过程中稀土浓度 ,减少非稀土杂质相对含量以便于进一步回收稀土产品 ,本研究对其氯化焙砂进行了柱浸试验研究 ,探索了浸取剂 ,浸取酸度 ,柱径比对浸出液稀土浓度的影响 ,通过与加热搅拌浸取比较 ,得到结果如下 :柱浸稀土浓度能由原来搅拌浸出的4.3g/L提高到 44.8g/L ,稀土浸取率达 93.43% ,非稀土杂质 Al、Fe、Ca相对于稀土的含量分别为 6.5%、3.4%、6.1 %。
The chlorinated calcine of Panxi black weathering mud was obtained by roasting with NH 4 Cl at 480℃,in which the 65 27% RE is existed as rare earth chlorinate,28.30% colloid phase and 7.13% mineral phase.The column leaching RE from this calcine was investigated.The effects of leach agent,pH,height/diameter ratio of leaching column on leachability of RE were determined.Comparing stirring leach process,it shows that the concentration of RE can reach 44.83g/L,recovery of RE up to 93.42%,little impurities of the calcine is leached to leaching solution.
