摘要
目的:探讨急性冠脉综合征患者的护理干预措施及效果。方法:对247例冠脉综合征患者从院前急救、急性期护理、康复期健康管理三大方面进行护理干预。结果:本组患者中210例行经皮冠状动脉支架植入术,并辅助药物治疗后好转;33例行冠状动脉搭桥术好转;4例并发左心衰竭、心源性休克死亡。结论:对急性冠脉综合征患者早期积极的护理干预、急性期有效的护理配合、康复期全程个体化的健康管理,对病情转归、预后具有满意的效果,可促进患者康复,减少不良事件的发生。
Objective：To explore the nursing intervention and health management for patients with acute coronary syndrome. Methods：Took nursing interven- tions from three aspects：the pre - hospital emergency cares, acute phase cares, health managements during rehabilitation period. Results：PTCA for 210 pa- tients, CABG for 33 patients, the other four patients died from heart failure and eardiogenic shook. Conclusion： All the nursing interventions for acute coro- nary syndrome patients obtain satisfactory effect, promote rehabilitation and reduce mortality.
