摘要
采用旋转涂膜工艺 ,以溶胶 凝胶法在玻璃表面制备了掺杂铈的TiO2 薄膜 .利用高压液相色谱、紫外 可见光分光光度计、扫描电镜和能谱仪等手段对掺杂铈的TiO2 薄膜进行了表征 ,考察了掺杂铈对油酸光催化降解效率及TiO2 薄膜表面晶粒分布的影响 ,并对薄膜的化学成分进行了定性和定量分析 .结果表明 ,掺杂 3%Ce的TiO2 薄膜对油酸有最高的光催化降解效率 ,40 0℃为掺杂铈TiO2
Cerium doped TiO 2 film coated on glass surface was prepared by sol gel method using spinning technique. The influence of doped cerium amount and heat treatment temperature on the photocatalytic degradation efficiency of TiO 2 film for oleic acid was investigated by high pressure liquid chromatography, ultraviolet visible spectrophotometer and scanning electron microscope. As a result, the cerium doped TiO 2 film with n (Ce)/ n (Ti)=3% has highest photocatalytic degradation efficiency for oleic acid, and the optimal heat treatment temperature for the cerium doped TiO 2 film is 400 ℃.
