摘要
目的:调查高职护生实习前心理健康状况,并采取应对措施。方法:采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和青少年生活事件量表在实习前对267名护生进行问卷调查。结果:SCL-90量表中躯体化、强迫、人际敏感、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖、精神病性7个因子均显著高于全国青年常模,负性生活事件与护生心理健康密切相关。结论:护理教育者需要针对实习前护生存在的心理问题,加强护生心理健康教育。
Objective：To survey the mentsl health of vocational nursing before probation and study the coping strategies. Metheds：267 vocational nursing students were investigated by symptom check list -90 （ SCL -90） and adolescent self- rating life events check list （ ASLEC ）. Results： Our analysis d SCL-90 revealed that scores of the factors of somatization,force,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,anxiety,terror,psychotic were significantly higher than the national youth norm. Negative life events was closely re.lated to mental health. Conclusion：educators d nursing should take measures to strengthen nurses＇ mental health education.
