摘要 以层析聚酰胺膜为基质 ,以 L i Ac作增强剂 ,建立了测定痕量中草药有效成分柚皮甙的固体表面延迟荧光法。该法取样量少 (2 μL) ,线性范围宽 (2 .9~ 580 .0 ng/斑 ) ,检出限为 0 .0 Solid surface delayed fluorometry(SS DF) for determination of naringin using polyamide membrane as substrate was described. Various effect factors on SS DF intensity such as substrate, pH condition,drying temperature were studied in detail. The excitation wavelengths were 298nm (weak) and 380nm(strong),the emission wavelengths were 450nm and 480nm(shoulder peak).The linear dynamic range (LDR) is 2.9~580.0 ng/spot,and the detection limit is 0.033ng/spot.
