摘要
为探讨壳管式水冷器在热声发动机系统中的应用,本文对分别采用壳管式及翅片式水冷器时热声发动机系统的输出性能进行了对比实验研究。实验中重点考察了不同温度梯度、声场条件、平均压力下,系统分别采用两种水冷器时输出特性的变化。实验结果表明,两种情况下系统的性能较为接近,功率较大时采用壳管式水冷器略好,反之,采用翅片水冷器略好。平均压力为4 MPa下,采用壳管式水冷器获得的最大净输出声功为695 W,最大热声效率为34.2%;而采用翅片式水冷器获得的最大净输出声功为688 W,最大热声效率为34.2%。
For investigating the feasibility of the shell-tube water cooler used in the thermoacoustic engines, experimental comparison on the thermoacoustic engines by use of shell-tube and finned water coolers respectively is presented. The output characteristic of the engine in different temperature gradients, acoustic field and average pressure is emphasized. Results show that the engine performance is close by use of two different water coolers. When the output power is large, the shell-tube water cooler is a little better and inversely the finned water cooler is better. With an average pressure of 4 MPa, the maximum output acoustic power obtained by use of the shell-tube water cooler is 695 W with a thermoacoustic efficiency of 34.5% while the finned water cooler is 688 W and 34.2%.
