Water Management of PEMFC Under Different Water Transfer Mechanism

摘要 为了同时解决燃料电池水管理中的干涸(dry out)和水淹(flooding)问题,本文提出了一种主副流道分流式的阴极进气加湿方式,并应用基于不同水传输机理的数学模型研究了这种新型进气方式的加湿效果。模拟结果表明:这种新的阴极进气方式可以在节约50%进气加湿用水量的同时保证电池性能;在不同的水传输机理模型中,电池内各参数在沿气体流动方向的均匀性、变化规律等方面存在显著差异。 A new inlet gas humidification method was developed to control dry-out and flooding in proton exchange membrane fuel cell (PEMFC). And we used models under different water transfer mechanisms to discuss the effect of this new method. The result showed that this new method could save 50% inlet water for humidification with promising the output performance; and the variation and distribution of parameter in PEMFC showed largely different under different mechanisms.
