摘要
样品在银坩埚中用氢氧化钾于 750℃下熔融 1 0 min后加盐酸 (1 +1 )使融块完全溶解 ,加入氟化钾和氯化钾使硅生成氟硅酸钾沉淀 ,过滤 ,沉淀经水解 ,用氢氧化钠标准溶液滴定。该法可测定含硅量 1 %以上的铝合金及铝土矿中硅 ,RSD<1 .96%
Aluminium alloy and alumyte samples were fused in silver crucible by KOH.After dissolved by HCl,the sample was treated with KF and KCl,and K 2SiF 6 precipitate was formed.Si was then determined by titration with NaOH after K 2SiF 6 was hydrolgzed.
