我国公共图书馆暂时性关闭研究--以H市公共图书馆为例

A Case Study of Public Libraries Temporary Closure in China——Taking H City as an Example

对有关国内外公共图书馆关闭的研究进行回顾和总结,并以国内H市公共图书馆为案例进行研究,分别就公共图书馆暂时性关闭可能构成的影响和避免及降低关闭影响的策略进行阐释,以期能够为今后我国公共图书馆关闭的相关研究提供相应的理论指导,为相关决策部门提供有益的实践参考。研究发现层层延伸的影响模式构成其关闭的恶性循环链;对能够避免其关闭或降低关闭影响的建议需要从分布体系和构成模式上进行整体性的思考。

Through the revives and summaries of the research about the public libraries closure in China and foreign countries, taking the public library closure in H city as a case to study, the paper discusses the questions about the impact of the closing and the suggestions that may avoid public library closure or to mitigate the impact of closing, in order to provide the corresponding theoretical guidance for the public libraries closure research in the future and to provide beneficial practice reference for the relevant decision - making authorities in China. The study shows that the effects model about layers of stretch constitutes the malignant cycle chain of its closure, and the suggestions which may avoid public library closure or to mitigate the impact of closing need a holistic thinking about the distribution system and constitution model.
