丝素蛋白生物材料在骨修复中的应用研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 丝素蛋白是一种具有良好机械性能的天然高分子纤维蛋白,由于其优异的生物相容性、降解产物无毒性和低免疫原性等特点,被广泛用于骨修复生物材料的研发。本文综述国内外学者以不同形式的丝素蛋白生物材料应用于骨修复的研究成果,包括丝素膜、丝素纳米纤维、丝素水凝胶、丝素多孔支架等。这些丝素蛋白生物材料可以经过适当的化学修饰以及负载生长因子和复合无机物等,使其在体外具有促进成骨细胞增殖分化的功能,在体内具有诱导新骨形成的功能。 Silk fibroin is a kind of natural high polymer fiber protein with excellent mechanical properties.It has been widely used for development of bone regeneration biomaterials because it has good biocompatibility and its degraded products are of non-toxicity and low immunogenicity.This paper reviews applied research progress on different types of silk fibroin biomaterials for bone regeneration including films,nano-fibers,hydrogel and porous scaffolds.These silk fibroin biomaterials can be chemically modified and can be used as vehicle to carry growth factors and compound inorganics,which would promote proliferation and differentiation of osteoblast in vitro as well as induce new bone regeneration in vivo.
