白背三七总黄酮对糖尿病大鼠的降血糖作用 被引量:33

摘要 目的:观察白背三七总黄酮对糖尿病大鼠的降血糖作用。方法:采用尾静脉注射链脲佐菌素的方法复制糖尿病大鼠模型,观察白背三七总黄酮对糖尿病大鼠体质量、摄食量、饮水量、空腹血糖(FBG)、血清糖化血红蛋白(GHB)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(CH)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)含量及胰腺组织病理变化的影响。结果:白背三七总黄酮能够降低糖尿病大鼠摄食量、饮水量、FBG和血清GHB、TG、CH含量,升高血清SOD含量,降低血清MDA含量,减轻胰腺胰岛β细胞病变。结论:白背三七总黄酮能够改善糖尿病大鼠高血糖症状,其机制可能与其改善脂质代谢,抗脂质过氧化和抑制胰腺组织细胞病理变化有关。 Objective: To observe the hypoglycemic effect of total flavonoids from Gynura divaricata roots and rhizomes in diabetic rats. Methods: Diabetic rat model was induced by injecting streptozotocin in vena caudalis. The body weight, food intake, water intake, urine and fasting blood glucose (FBG) were measured. The levels of glycosylated hemoglobin (GHB), triglyceride (TG), cholesterol (CH), superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malondialdehyde (MDA) in serum were determined, and the pathological change of the pancreas was also observed. Results: Total flavonoids from Gynura divaricata roots and rhizomes could reduce food intake, water intake, urine and FBG, decrease GHB, TG and CH in serum, improve SOD activity in serum, and decrease MDA content in serum. Meanwhile, the pathological change of pancreatic tissue was attenuated. Conclusion: Total flavonoids from Gynura divaricata roots and rhizomes can improve hyperglycemia of diabetic rats, and its mechanisms may be related to the improved lipid metabolism, anti-lipid peroxidation, and inhibition of the pathological change in pancreatic tissue.
