康有为一派对陈宝箴父子政治态度的误解与夸张

Kang Youwei's and His Followers' Misunderstandings and Exaggerations about Chen Baozhen and Chen Sanli's Political Attitude

陈宝箴、陈三立父子与康有为、梁启超、唐才常等人不属于同一政治派系。在戊戌变法期间,康有为一派对陈氏父子的态度前后有三变。由于御史黄均隆的错误举报,慈禧太后误以为陈宝箴曾保举过康有为,以"滥保匪人"、"招引奸邪"的罪名将陈氏父子革职,康有为等人也由此误以为陈宝箴曾保举过康。康、梁在日本大力宣传陈氏父子在变法期间对他们的支持;并在庚子事变时,宣称陈氏父子是他们的依靠力量,而陈氏父子并没有参加唐才常、梁启超等人在庚子年间的政治活动。

The article argues that Chen Baozhen and his son Chen Sanli were not in the same political group with Kang Youwei and Liang Qichao. The attitude of Kang and his followers toward two Chens changed for three times during the Reform Movement of 1898. As a result of the ill- informedprosecution of Huang Junlong, an imperial censor, Empress Dowager Cixi misunderstood that Chen Baozhen had recommended Kang to Emperor Guangxu, so she removed Chen and his son from their posts by accusing them of ＂abusing the position to recommend vicious people＂ （ lanbao feiren ） and ＂attracting and enlisting the treacherousand the depraved＂ （zhaoyin fianxie）. Kang and his followers also made a misjudgment from the case that Chen recommended Kang. In their sojourn in Japan after the movement, Kang and Liang ardently publicized the support they received from two Chens during the movement. In the Boxer Rebellion of 1900, they asserted that two Chens were their allies on whom they could depend, whereas the latter did not participate in any political activities organized by Liang andTang Caichangat the time.
