摘要
为提高便携式心电监护系统对QRS波实时检测的准确率,提出了基线-差分与峰谷运算相结合来实现QRS波精确定位的综合检测算法.该算法可以克服各类噪声对ECG信号的干扰,能有效的兼顾降低QRS波的误检和漏检率.经过对MIT-BIH数据库中ECG信号进行测试验证,QRS波的检测平均准确率达到99.9%,实验结果证明该算法能够快速准确的诊断ECG信号且易于在便携式系统中实现.
A precise real-time QRS complex detection algorithm based on baseline-derivative with the peak-valley detection combined of ambulatory electrocardiograph (ECG) signals to meet the need of portable ECG monitoring system is developed. The algorithm can not only overcome all kinds of noise interference on the ECG signal also both effectively reduce the false detection rate and the missed rate of the QRS complex . After verification test ECG signals in the MIT-BIH database QRS wave detection accuracy rate up to 99. 9%, the experimental results show that the algorithm can be fast and accurate diagnostic ECG signal ,and is easily applied in the portable system.
