基于囚徒困境和雪堆博弈的企业战略联盟中的知识转移模型 被引量：3

摘要 文章针对我国当前企业战略联盟行为的发展趋势,从博弈论视角阐述了企业战略联盟成功率不高的原因,这种原因主要包括四个:时间太短,不能关注长期收益;竞合策略单一,容易被欺骗;收益机制不完善;惩罚机制不健全等。以囚徒困境博弈和雪堆博弈为基础建立相应的数学模型,综合考虑了影响企业知识联盟收益分享的相关因素,并以纳什的收益分享模型为基础,提出了解决企业战略联盟成功率不高的对策。
