摘要
为了使玉米及其加工副产品与复合非淀粉多糖酶制剂在畜禽饲料配制中得到精准应用,试验选用48只体重为(2.5±0.2)kg的健康成年黄羽肉公鸡,采用完全随机试验设计,分为6组,每组8个重复,每个重复1只鸡,采用绝食强饲法进行了6期代谢试验(加酶前、后各3期),以单一原料以及其添加复合非淀粉多糖酶为日粮,测定了玉米及其加工副产品添加复合非淀粉多糖酶前后的养分表观代谢率,并获得表观可利用养分的有效营养改进值(ENIV)。结果表明:酶制剂的添加有明显提高多种玉米加工副产品干物质、粗蛋白质及粗脂肪表观代谢率的趋势,对某些原料干物质及粗蛋白质表观代谢率有显著提高效果(P<0.05),而对所有玉米及其加工副产品粗纤维表观代谢率均有显著提高作用(P<0.05)。由此可见,添加复合非淀粉多糖酶能提高玉米及其加工副产品的养分表观代谢率,改善玉米加工副产品的营养效价。
To obtain the precise application of corn by-products and non-starch polysaccharides (NSP) enzyme in animal feed formulation,six metabolic test periods had been taken,48 healthy adult Chinese yellow-feather roosters with (2.5±0.2)kg body weight were randomly divided into 6 groups with 8 replicates of 1 each.The diets were single raw mate- rial and which added with NSP enzyme.The apparent nutrition metabolic and effective nutrition improved value (ENIV) were determined.Results showed that :complex NSP enzyme could improve the apparent crude protein (CP),dry matter (DM) and nitrogen free extract (NFE) metabolic rate of many corn by-products,and the apparent metabolic rate of DM and CP of some by-products significantly increased (P 〈 0.05).Enzyme also could significantly enhance the apparent CF metabolic rate of all corn by-products (P 〈 0.05).The results indicated that, complex NSP enzymes could improve the ap- parent nutrient availability of corn and its by-products.
