哮喘患儿血清嗜酸细胞阳离子蛋白、总IgE及外周血嗜酸细胞水平的变化及临床意义 被引量:8

摘要 目的 探讨哮喘患儿血清嗜酸细胞阳离子蛋白 (ECP)、总IgE(T -IgE)和外周血嗜酸细胞 (PBEC)的变化及临床意义。方法 采用荧光酶联免疫法测定 77例哮喘患儿血清ECP、T -IgE水平 ,同时进行PBEC计数和呼气峰流速 (PEFR)测定 (5岁以上 )。结果 哮喘患儿发作期ECP、T -IgE水平及PBEC计数明显升高 ;缓解期ECP水平降至正常 ,T -IgE水平及PBEC计数虽然明显下降 ,但仍高于对照组 ;发作期ECP水平与PEFR占预计值的百分比 (PEFR % )呈显著负相关 ,T -IgE水平与PBEC计数呈显著正相关。 结论 PBEC和T -IgE水平升高是哮喘发病的重要因素 。 Objective To study the changes and clinical significance of serum ECP,T-IgE and PBEC in asthmatic children.Methods The levels of ECP and T-IgE were assessed by fluorescent enzyme immunoassay in 77 asthmatic children,PBEC and PEFR(>5 years old) measurement were performed in the meantime.Results The ECP,T-IgE and PBEC levels were significantly higher in patients at the attack period;In patients at the remission peroid,ECP level were normal,T-IgE level and PBEC counts drcreased markedly,but its were still higher than those in normal controls;level of ECP correlated negatively with the percentage of PEER in the predicted value at the attack,T-IgE level correlated positively with PBEC counts.Conclusion Eosinophilic granulocyte and T-IgE might participate in the pathogenesis of,the level of ECP might reflect the severity of asthma inflammation in asthma.
