摘要
以二丁基二月桂酸锡(DBTDL)为固化剂固化聚甲基苯基硅氧烷(GZ-1),通过凝胶化时间和拉伸强度测试,红外光谱和热重分析研究其固化机理及相关性能。结果表明,随DBTDL用量增加或温度升高,凝胶时间缩短。DBTDL中易水解的酯键与空气中的水进行水解,反应生成的—OH与聚硅氧烷中的—OCH3发生脱醇反应,生成Sn—O—Si键,最后交联固化。体系拉伸强度随DBTDL用量增加而降低。固化物具有良好的耐高温性能。
The poly (methylphenylsiloxane) was cured with dibutyltin dilaurate (DBTDL) as curing agent. The curing mechanism and related performance were investigated by the testings of gel time and tensile strength, infra- red spectroscopy and thermal gravimetric analysis. The results showed that the gel time was shortened with the in- creasing of DBTDL dosage or increasing of temperature. The readily hydrolyzable ester bond of DBTDL was hydro- lyzed with water in the air and the --OH was obtained. The --OH reacted with --OCH3 of polysiloxane by dealco- holization reaction to generate Sn--O--Si bonds, final cross -linking cured. The tensile strength of the system was decreased with DBTDL dosage increasing. The cured product had good heat resistance.
