摘要 脑内微透析技术 (brain microdialy-sis)是一种新型的研究神经递质活动的在体方法,可精细测定动物在清醒状态或麻醉状态下的特定脑区内的神经递质浓度变化情况,在国外已被广泛应用于动物实验中全麻深度监测的研究。作者认为微透析效率主要与灌流速度、灌流时间、温度及透析灌流液的成分等因素有关,此外动物的意识变化及麻醉深度的变化对此也有很大的影响。微透析技术的应用使神经递质与全麻的关系得到了进一步的认识,具有广泛的应用前景。 Brain micro-dialysis tech- nique is a new in vivo method which detects the changes in neurotrasmitter release in an specific brain area of animal during the awake or anesthesia state, so it has been applied extensively in monitoring of general anesthesia depth during animal experiment. The microdialysis recovery ratio is mainly re-lated with perfusion flow rate, infusion time, temperature and the composition of the dial-ysis perfusion liquid, more over it is enflu-enced obviously by the changes of animal consciousness and anesthesia depth. Micro-dialysis technique will become a very popular bioanalytical -sampling tool in brain research as it stimulates the understanding for the re-lationship between the central neurotrans-mitters and general anesthesia.
