锂稀释法是一种新 的、目前正处于研究阶段的心排血量CO测定法。其操作过程为:从中心静脉注入氯化锂,然后在外周动脉处通过锂敏感探头测锂离子引起的电压变化,通过公式计算CO。结果表明,该法简单、安全、准确性高、价格便宜。本文就其作用原理、实验和临床研究、优缺点作一综述。

Lithium dilution technique is a new method of measuring cardiac output. (CO) A bolus injection of lithiurm chloride is given via a central venous and arterial plasma (Li+) recorded using a specially developed sensor incorporating a Li+ selective electrode. CO is derived from the lithium dilution curve. Studies demonstrate that it's simple, reliable, safe and cheap. This article introduced its methods, principle, researches, advantages and shortcomings.
