近代建筑饰面材料的运用与历史风貌保护——以天津为例

The Application of Facade Materials in Modern Buildings and the Preservation of Historical Styles and Features—A Case Study of Tianjin

近代建筑的饰面材料承载着历史的沉淀感和时光印记,对于历史风貌的保护有着重要意义。以天津近代建筑为研究对象,通过资料收集与现状考察,结合营造学、施工工艺与建筑类别等方面,分析建筑饰面材料的运用,找出其与现代建筑的差异性和其所承载的历史信息,使之能够在历史风貌保护的工作中得到合理性改造和修复。

What facade materials applied in modem buildings carry is the sense of history and the impression of time which are of great significance for preserving the historical styles and features and for inheriting the spirit of the places. Modem buildings in Tianjin are taken as the research object of the paper, and the methods of data collecting and field survey are used in combination with the knowledge of building, construction technology and architecture to analyze the application of facade materials in these buildings and to find out the distinct features of these materials from those in contemporary buildings as well as the historical information they bear for the purpose of reforming and renovating these buildings in a reasonable way in the work of historical style preservation.
