上海郊区大型社区规划建设量大面广,体现出上海人口和居住空间郊区化的过程。研究以目前入住率较高的嘉定江桥金鹤新城为例,进行问卷调查和实证研究,针对居民在菜市场、大卖场、医院、银行和邮局5类公共设施的维持生活出行特征,分析离退休人员、本地就业者和外地来沪务工者的出行频率、出行方式、出行时间和出行时间满意度特征。研究建议在大型社区初始建设阶段,在资金等约束条件下,公共设施及公共交通配套应优先保障居民的维持性生活出行;提出基于生活圈的大型社区公共设施空间布局方法。

Large suburban neighbourhood development mirrors Shanghai population and residential suburbanization.The paper selects Jinhe new city neighbourhood,conducts questionnaire survey and interviews,and then analyzes outgoing frequency,method,time,and satisfaction of retired people and commuters to grocery market,supermarket,hospital,bank,and post office.The paper suggests daily life outgoing needs be put priority at elementary period of large neighbourhood development,and puts forward spatial layout methods based on life circle.
