摘要
目的评价两种经眼外肌引出的前庭诱发肌源性电位的临床应用价值。方法选择30名听力正常的健康志愿者,分别用tone-burst声和click声刺激,并分别进行单耳给声,对侧记录经眼外肌连接的前庭诱发肌源性电位(ocular-vestibular evoked myogenic potentials,oVEMPs)检查。结果 tone-burst声波形引出率为96.7%(29/30),click声刺激的波形引出率为100%(30/30)。将已经引出的波形进行对比tone-burst声和click声的阈值、振幅和潜伏期的差别无统计学意义。结论本研究认为两种声音刺激进行oVEMPs检查有着各自的特点,提醒临床应用时要全面分析和总结,以确保检查结果客观准确。
OBJECTIVE To evaluate the clinical value of the ocular-vestibular evoked myogenic potentials elicited by two kinds of different sound stimuli.METHODS Tone-burst sound and the click sound stimuli were given to one ear of thirty healthy volunteers with normal audiogram respectively.The ocular-vestibular evoked myogenic potentials were recorded on the contralateral side.RESULTS The normal waveform were recorded in 96.7%(29/30)of volunteers with tone-burst sound,and 100%(30/30)were elicited with the click sound stimuli.There were no statistical significance in threshold,amplitude and latency between the two kinds of oVEMPs elicited by different sounds.CONCLUSION The ocular-vestibular evoked myogenic potentials tests with two different sound stimuli have different characteristics,so it was necessary to comprehend and analyze them in order to get objective and reliable results.
