成人窦口鼻道复合体区钩突及邻近结构影像解剖学研究 被引量:9

摘要 目的分析螺旋CT冠状位片窦口鼻道复合体(ostiomeatal complex,OMC)区钩突及其邻近结构的相关性和临床意义。方法 100例(200侧)行眼眶CT受检者,采用64层螺旋高分辨率CT及多平面重组后处理技术重组出连续的冠状位标准化图像,选取标准层面进行观察和测量。结果钩突角度(43.2±10.8)°,钩突高度(8.1±2.2)mm。钩突角度与筛泡最大横径成正相关(r=0.429,P<0.05),钩突高度与筛泡最大横径成负相关(r=-0.377,P<0.05)。上颌窦口含气通道宽度与钩突角度成负相关(r=-0.316,P<0.05)。结论钩突角度内偏可引起上颌窦口含气通道狭窄,黏膜病变是关键因素。 OBJECTIVE To observe the ostiomeatal complex(OMC)with the spiral coronal CT slice and study the correlation and clinical significance of the uncinate process(UP)and its neighboring anatomical structure.METHODS 100(200 sides)subjects underwent orbital CT scans with 64-slice high resolution spiral CT.The continuous coronal standardized images were reconstructed with the application of MPR and a standard level was selected to observe and measure.RESULTS The UP angulation is(43.2±10.8)°;The UP length is(8.1±2.2)mm.The UP angulation and the ethmoid bulla maximum size were positively correlated(Linear correlation analysis,r=0.429,P0.05);The UP length and the ethmoid bulla maximum size were negatively correlated(Linear correlation analysis,r=-0.377,P0.05).The sinus ostium width of the gas channel and the UP angulation were negatively correlated(Linear correlation analysis,r=-0.316,P0.05).CONCLUSION The inward deflection of the UP can cause narrowing of gas channel of the maxillary sinus.Mucosal lesions is a key factor.
