Acute abdomen diseases in elderly is a series of severe diseases which demand urgent management, no matter emergent surgery, or needing for operation during the course of disease. Otherwise, it would be very dangerous, even be life-threatening. This paper aimed to summarize the clinical features, diagnosis, management principles, and operation as well as mini-invasive treatment for acute abdomen diseases in elderly.
