摘要
闭合性腹部损伤（blunt abdominal iujury．BAI）是腹部受外力冲击所致．据统计75％的BAI由车祸引起，其他包括高空坠落、暴力外伤等。多数BAI因涉及内脏损伤而病情严重．死亡率可达10％。20％[1]。由于BAI经常合并其他损伤，掩盖了腹部损伤的伤情．给诊治带来困难。
