颞下颌关节重建的回顾与展望

摘要 颞下颌关节(tempromadibular joint,TM])具有复杂解剖和功能,其功能的正常行使有赖于关节各部分良好的组织解剖结构、正确的位置关系和协调的功能关系。创伤、肿瘤、炎症、强直或先天性疾病致TMJ解剖结构部分或完全丧失,将使其功能部分或完全丧失。多年来TMJ重建一直是口腔颌面外科的一大难题。
