Initiation and development of translational medicine and its informatics

简要介绍转化医学的兴起和内涵,美国、英国、中国对转化医学的支持和发展情况,以及美国临床和转化医学基金及奖励项目、管理机构等。阐述转化医学信息学的兴起,对美国"哈佛催化剂"、"康奈尔大学VIVO平台"、"CTSA wiki"等3个转化医学信息学具体案例进行分析研究,提出我国在转化医学起步发展之际,应大力重视转化医学信息学的发展。

Initiation and connotation of translational medicine,and its supporting and developing situation in the United States,Britain and China were introduced,and the science foundation and award projects,as well as the management institutions of clinical and translational medicine in the United States were also focused.Then the initiation of translational medicine informatics was elaborated.Three projects in the United States including the Harvard Catalyst,the Cornell University VIVO platform and CTSA wiki were analyzed.Strong emphasis should be paid on the development of translational medicine informatics especially in its initial phase in our country.
