抑制性受体及其负性免疫调节作用

抑制性受体是一类跨膜糖蛋白,能够抑制或阻断免疫细胞内活化信号的传递。抑制性受体大多属于免疫球蛋白超家族(Immunogloblin superfamily,igSV)或c型凝集素超家族(c-type lectin superfamily,CLSF),
